Cabzy does not collect, manage, or process any payments between users or car owners. All payments, if any, are handled directly and mutually between both parties. Cabzy does not charge or receive money from any side for any ride or confirmations.

Once a ride is confirmed, users are expected to honor the booking. Cancellations should only be made in case of a genuine or special reason. Repeated or last-minute cancellations may affect your account usage and reliability on the platform.
